While wasting the brain cells, watching TV, I was flooded full with commercials of marketing tricks. Multipoint fiber Brownies, chips, 100 calories (what?), "real" fruit smoothies and frozen yogurt are the culprit. EPIC Oxymorons, to make our mind spin. Should you buy all of these options?
One of my favorite quotes I use, if it is to discuss the choices of food: "if it looks like a duck walks, quacks like a duck, out like a duck, it must be a duck." It's really as simple as that.
Multipoint chips. Go by many different aliases. Chips, diluted, POPs... What is a "Multigrain pop" at all? What everything up, unfortunately, is "if it smells like a chip tastes like a chip, looks like a chip, there must be a chip." A chip with more natural ingredients is a better choice than a regular chip, but... it is still a chip.
Fiber brownies. I take a different method of creative marketing. Fiber Brownie sounds delicious and healthy! WIN! Not so fast. Sure, the nutrition label reads "secure": 90 calories, 3 g fat, 18 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber, 8 g sugar, 1 g protein, but if you on a journey to which are the development of a healthy lifestyle, this is not gonna cut it. While it you to a meal will damage not everyone once in a while of bad life on a regular basis by bad food replace chemically modified, are not bad habits replace!
100 Calories what? 100 Calories worth of cookies as a daily snack food not in the same note as Brownies better than 300 calories worth of cookies food. Is that better choice snack more effectively to develop a healthier lifestyle, because really, resolves any problems here are to each physical and emotional to bad life seeks to resolve, so if you cookies as a snack food.
"Real" fruit smoothies. Almost food chains are about fruit smoothies recently. Unfortunately they mean by "real fruits" real fruit syrup with a few small pieces of fruit in added (if you're lucky). The answer to this trick is simple: unless you see someone put kinds of fruit and water in a blender with nothing artificial, drink it!
Finally plain ol ' frozen yogurt. A classic marketing trick is feed fears of what whatever the public at any given time. For a time it was fat, then it was carbohydrates everything, so she started "fat free" and "low carb". In fact, fat means free usually more carbohydrates/sugar while means high-fat low-carbohydrate diet. Frozen yogurt is a "low fat" product LOADED with sugar. You also have a cheat meal and eat ice real. At least real ice has a balance of fat and sugar and less chemicals.
Finally, if it looks too good to be true, it is likely. It is difficult for many Americans to understand that a natural, rounded diet diet foods will do more loss than any fancy for your health and fat. Think next time if you find yourself confused by a marketing system that they return to the old human existence - multipoint "pops" and fiber Brownies ate? Our bodies were not easy to digest and take advantage of these mixtures done right. Say "Thank you" to your body for everything that does it for you by it instead grab an Apple and some almonds!
