How diet: Avoid sugar, and you will lose weight, you lose all the weight that you want the

It has much ado about the "evils" dietary sugar. We said to avoid sugar, and at the same time, we said... to eat fruits that contain sugar, too. What is the difference? As a sugar can be good for you and be on the other so bad?

Simple sugars (also called simple carbohydrates) are located in fruit... and cookies, pastries, candy, soda, and all other food items, which we are told to avoid. (There are differences the different types of sugar,...) Sucrose, fructose, Galactose, but these are chemical nature and relevant basically not for this discussion).

The problem with the "candy" in comparison to fruit sugar is above all a question of the vehicle, it in is.

In the case of fruit sugar comes to you in...Fruit. It comes with fiber and vitamins and minerals as co-passengers. Further, you'll know exactly what you get... a banana is a banana; a strawberry is a strawberry (unless, of course, it drowned in the chocolate is then there is something else...)!

The practical and effective way to lose weight is through a portion controlled, balanced diet food, eliminate foods containing added sugar and is with a modest training program. Remove not fruit from your diet. The FDA recommends at least two to four servings fruit per day.
