Thanks to a previous study, we already know that smaller plates can lead to weight loss. Another article suggests that lower light brings to excessive eating in restaurants. Now, another study comes out, that a major fork in restaurants is also a key to weight loss.
The reason is a bit confusing. The article said first, larger forks helped restaurant customers realize that she delle a larger in their food made. Then the article went on to say that if smaller portions provided, the size of the fork role not. Overall the article places near "Order" a larger fork, only to be on the safe side. Yes, really.
It is a big problem with the. Most of the average restaurants, but not a fork have size. If I in my local dining server for a larger fork to questions, I would probably get one sees "You're an idiot" of which. Maybe I could print out and take the article to as proof of the fact that I not bonkers.
Even more funny, I found the last sentence of the article: "to avoid overeating, the researchers suggested that people learn better recognize and understand their hunger signals and how much to eat, that they should eat." Is not what it should have said from the outset? I do believe, though, that you not in a breaking news feed by it the same thing over and over. So unnecessary studies will also continue to run in the hope that a simple button is found. But what most people do not understand is that there is no simple button. Nothing value will be always easy.
Researchers can all studies that they want, but ultimately to be always the same. Eat less, exercise more. And for most people without underlying medical conditions, that's all what you need to lose weight.
